This Privacy Policy describes how ZippaGif, a digital product owned and operated by Singha Publishing LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), handles information across our client-side software application.

      Zero Cloud Upload Architecture: All file conversions, video frame extractions, Word (.docx) parsings, PDF renders, and archive bundling occur entirely inside your web browser’s sandboxed local memory. Your files are never transmitted to, processed by, or stored on any servers owned or managed by Singha Publishing LLC.
    

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Because ZippaGif operates 100% on the client side:

We do not collect, view, inspect, or retain any videos, images, Word documents, or PDFs you load into the tool.
We do not maintain user file accounts, databases, or remote cloud storage infrastructure.

2. Information Stored Locally in Your Browser

ZippaGif utilizes local browser technologies strictly for functionality and persistence:

Local Storage (localStorage): If you purchase and activate ZippaGif Pro, your license key string is stored locally in your browser to maintain your unlocked Pro status across sessions.
Service Workers & Static Caching: Core application assets (JavaScript libraries, styles, and web fonts) are cached on your local device to enable offline execution. No user files or documents are cached.

3. Payment Processing & Order Information

All commercial transactions and software licensing are processed securely by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC. When purchasing a Pro license, billing details (such as your name, billing address, email, and payment card data) are collected directly by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with their privacy policy. Neither ZippaGif nor Singha Publishing LLC ever has access to or stores your payment card credentials.

4. Analytics and Third-Party CDNs

ZippaGif loads open-source client libraries from established Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) including cdnjs (Cloudflare) and jsDelivr. These providers may process standard HTTP request metadata (such as IP addresses and browser user-agent headers) solely for delivering static assets and mitigating security threats.
