1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ZippaGif ("the Service"), a software product owned and operated by Singha Publishing LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the software.

2. Description of Service

ZippaGif provides client-side document and media conversion utilities, including video-to-GIF conversion, document format parsing, and file bundling. All operations execute locally on your device via client-side JavaScript, Web Workers, and WebAssembly without sending file payloads to remote servers.

3. Licensing & Commercial Purchases

Starter Edition: Available free of charge for personal and commercial use subject to the standard tier frame, clip, and batch limits.
Pro Lifetime License: Grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to unlock multi-clip sequencing, expanded frame budgets, and larger batch queues on your supported client browsers.
Merchant of Record: Payment processing, order fulfillment, and tax remittance are administered by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all Pro license transactions.

4. Content Responsibility & Ownership

Because all processing occurs strictly within your local browser sandbox, you retain sole ownership and legal responsibility for any media, documents, or data processed through ZippaGif. You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary intellectual property rights, licenses, and permissions to process and convert the media you supply.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Conversion speed and output stability depend on your device's hardware, available memory, and browser performance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Singha Publishing LLC nor its members, officers, or developers shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including loss of data or hardware strain) arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

Singha Publishing LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
